Request for proposal for the purchase of a Meter Data Management (MDM) System.

San Diego Data Processing Corporation, on behalf of the City of San Diego, Public Utilities Department ("Public Utilities"), is issuing a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for the purchase of a Meter Data Management ("MDM") System ("Project"). Interested and qualified software providers or teams (collectively, "Vendor") that have experience in providing MDM System solution and implementation services are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
